3. You agree that abusive behaviour towards Ramashapa (I.T)'s staff or brand will not be tolerated.

4. You agree that you will ensure that you choose and be responsible for the the products that suit your needs.

5. You agree that failing to pay your Ramashapa (I.T) account on time may lead to account termination and/or administrative fees and possible reconnection fees.

6. You agree that either yourself or Ramashapa (I.T) may cancel this contract by giving the other notice.

7. You limit Ramashapa (I.T)’s liability and indemnify Ramashapa (I.T) for various acts or omissions.
